Susanity Barre

DESCRIPTION

Susanity Barre mixes classic barre moves with the signature Susanity interval format: 40 seconds of one move, 20 seconds of a more intense variation and 20 seconds of rest. You’ll work through 6 circuits, take a short break, then hit 6 new circuits to finish. Expect a full-body barre burn with quick, punchy intervals that keep you challenged from start to finish.
