30 Minute Power Barre is an energizing barre class that uses light weights to challenge and sculpt your muscles. You’ll flow through multiple circuits of traditional barre movements, with each circuit finishing in a dynamic power move designed to raise your heart rate and add an extra challenge.

I tend to choose Barre when I’m feeling in the mood for something not so intense, and then I forget it’s actually harder than a lot of regular strength workouts! 🙂
