Barre Interval Burn

DESCRIPTION

This one might burn a little! But you will love it. This fast moving workout will take you through a wide variety of barre moves using all of our favorite equipment. Each move will be done for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest. With a heavy emphasis on the legs and abs, your muscles will be plenty cooked by the end.
