Using a chair, light weights, gliding discs, and a mini ball, you’ll move through simple barre moves that challenge every muscle group.   1. Sometimes when I walk away from a weight class, my arms are more tired than my legs. Not in Barre Burn! Love this leg and glute/abs workout!!!
