What happens when you combine barre moves with a little HIIT training? A great, sweaty workout! In less than 30 minutes, you will work your muscles (especially your legs) while getting that heart rate up there. Each interval of HIIT cardio has low impact options, so you can take it as high or low as your body wants. It is an excellent workout in a short amount of time.

Loved this format! Such a good switch from weight work! It got my heart rate up!
Catching up – and this one was so good. I loved the simplicity of no weights, but this certainly didn’t make it easier. Glutes were burning. Great format!

Thanks, Ashlie! It’s a sneaky one! You would think not using weights would make it a breeze, but nooooo!
Love the variety—great workout without weight!! Thanks Susan! Glad the last round was a single! I was done!
Thanks, Kim! This format really gives us a great workout without any equipment and I love that, too!
