25 Minute Barre Express #2

DESCRIPTION

Back by popular demand! This format is popular, effective, fun, and quick! Get ready for a good muscle burn as we do a series of barre moves for 50 seconds each with only 10 seconds of recovery. We'll be using light weights, a mini ball, and a chair or bar stool to get maximum results in minimal time.
