30 Minute Tabata Cardio

DESCRIPTION

Join me for this high intensity cardio class! We will have five rounds. Each round will have two moves that you will do for 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. This cardio class gets that heart rate up and will be over before you know it! Try it today!

  2. Ooh so good, my heart rate stayed up the entire time. Tabata 3 was killer for me. Sadie’s voice makes the class so much fun! Way to go, precious baby Sadie and Ashlyn!
