In this class, we focus on cardio and also target the core. We will have 5 rounds total. Three rounds of cardio and two rounds of core. This is a challenging class that will get that heart rate up and leave that core tired!

Great workout! Love cardio and abs days for after I’ve done the body shaping for the previous two!
Excellent – my heart rate stayed up the entire time. Mountain climbers – high tens really got me. I liked doing the core moves between the cardio circuits. Obliques will be sore! Thanks so much, Ashlyn.
