35 Minute Core/HIIT Workout

DESCRIPTION

In this class, we focus on cardio and also target the core. We will have 5 rounds total. Three rounds of cardio and two rounds of core. This is a challenging class that will get that heart rate up and leave that core tired!

  1. Excellent – my heart rate stayed up the entire time. Mountain climbers – high tens really got me. I liked doing the core moves between the cardio circuits. Obliques will be sore! Thanks so much, Ashlyn.
