5 Move Cardio Pyramid with 1 weight

DESCRIPTION

This workout is a heart-pumping workout that builds intensity one move at a time. You’ll start with 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest, adding a new move each round until all 5 are stacked. Then reverse the pyramid, dropping one move each round. Using just one weight, this workout challenges you in a fun, progressive format.
