15 Minute Cardio Quickie

DESCRIPTION

Don't let the short duration fool you! This workout is quick, but it gets the job done. We have 15 moves that we'll do for 30 seconds each followed by 15 seconds of rest. You'll have plenty of options to make this low impact if needed. Get ready for your heart rate to get up there!

  1. A perfect workout for when I only had a few minutes and had my toddler with me. I label this as very toddler friendly, he had so much fun jumping with me and climbing on my back for all the plank moves 🙂

  2. I would never just do these moves of my own accord, so I totally appreciate a quick cardio variety workout – I will definitely return to this one. It went so fast and kept my heartrate up. Thank you for all the different kinds of workouts!
