Quick & Dirty Cardio with weights #2

DESCRIPTION

If you're ready for a cardio challenge, we've got you with this one! We put a new spin on our traditional Quick & Dirty format by adding dumbbells. We do 50 reps of one move, 40 of another, then 30, 20, 10, and 5. The twist is that we use dumbbells with each move. We do three rounds and then you're done!
