DESCRIPTION

This 32-minute session focuses on improving hip mobility and hamstring flexibility through slow, intentional movement and deep stretching. Flexible hamstrings support healthy posture, reduce lower back tension and help maintain smooth, pain-free movement. Meanwhile, hip mobility is essential for everyday activities, athletic performance and preventing joint stiffness. Together, they promote better movement quality, injury prevention and overall body balance. We all need this class.
