Smooth Flow Yoga

This wonderful 40 minute yoga session is perfect for a day that you need movement at a slower pace. Susan takes you through three yoga flows with each flow highlighting a different Warrior pose. You will enjoy the strength, stretching, and balance work in this yoga practice.
