DESCRIPTION

This enjoyable and effective workout brings you yoga moves and flows that hit all of the muscles that make up our entire core. We will do several yoga flows as well as a several series of ab exercises to build all over strength, flexibility and mobility. You will leave feeling well worked yet restored.
