25 Minute Susanity Workout

DESCRIPTION

The ever popular Susanity format is back with a 25 minute option! This class is divided into 2 sections- lower body and upper body. Each section has 8 circuits where we do one move for 40 seconds and then a more intense move for 20 seconds. It's challenging and thorough but quick. The workout is less than 25 minutes- add the warm up and cool down and you're all done in 30. It's a great one!
