30 Minute Lean Body (12/23/25)

DESCRIPTION

Welcome in to your Lean Body class! This class will focus on working your full body without using equipment. We will have a cardio section, a bodyweight section, and a mobility section. Great class to do if you are traveling during the holidays! Enjoy!
