DESCRIPTION

Take your muscles to another level with this workout! We have three rounds and with each round we will increase our work time and decrease our rest time. Not only will you build strength, but your heart will be pounding. It's a great, quick workout!

  1. I was nervous about time increase, but we did it!!! I love chest press/march, and the last move crouch/knee to elbow. This was challenging. Always so good, amazing Susan! Keep the balance moves coming!!
