Climb your way to a stronger you with this 38-minute Strength Ladder Workout. You’ll complete 8 moves, decreasing reps each round (10, 8, 6, 4) while increasing your weights for a challenging, effective strength session.

  1. Whew!!! Super-challenging! The 20s were fun to prove to myself I could do it (on a few exercises). Spoiler alert: I laughed when you said let’s do a finisher!! I was dead!
