No Repeats Strength Work + Bench

DESCRIPTION

Get ready for the ever popular no repeats format! We hit a series of strength moves using just dumbbells and, if you have one available, a bench. The workout moves along quickly with each exercise done for 45 seconds with a brief 15 seconds of rest. By the end, your muscles will be well worked! No worries if you don't have a bench. You'll get a great workout either way.
