LIVE! 11 Move Strength + Finisher

DESCRIPTION

You will love this strength building workout that hits all the muscle groups in under 35 minutes. We have 11 effective strength moves done for 40 seconds on with a 20 second rest. After completing the series twice, we go into a 4 minute AMRAP finisher for that final burnout. It's a fast, challenging, and complete workout.

  1. AMRAP was tough!! I really like it when you switch up the workouts, like occasionally adding a bench or the bands, etc. Always sweaty and fatigued when I’m done. Btw, still getting in 5 workouts a week with y’all! Love it! I’ll try to be better about commenting
