You will love this strength building workout that hits all the muscle groups in under 35 minutes. We have 11 effective strength moves done for 40 seconds on with a 20 second rest. After completing the series twice, we go into a 4 minute AMRAP finisher for that final burnout. It's a fast, challenging, and complete workout.

AMRAP was tough!! I really like it when you switch up the workouts, like occasionally adding a bench or the bands, etc. Always sweaty and fatigued when I’m done. Btw, still getting in 5 workouts a week with y’all! Love it! I’ll try to be better about commenting
