NEW FORMAT! If you want fast strength building, this is for you! With 8 basic, no-nonsense muscle moves, we will do three rounds. The first round, you will do each move for 8 reps. Second round is only 6 reps, and the third round is a mere 4 moves. We will work to lift heavy for max strength building and muscle definition. It's a good one!

I really liked the progressive load!! I will definitely go up in weight when I know there are fewer reps!
I loved this new format and will return to this class to do it again – I liked the variety with each set and being able to go up on weights and do reps slowly was a fresh challenge for me. Thank you, Susan!
I really like this new format! Variety for me is huge! Even though everyone’s levels are different I really do like to know what weights you are using so I know how to prepare for the class. Thanks so much for investing the time to give us variety!
