25 Minute EMOM Strength is a fast, effective workout designed to build strength in minimal time. EMOM stands for “Every Minute on the Minute,” meaning you’ll complete a set number of reps at the start of each minute and rest with whatever time remains. You’ll tackle two blocks—one with four moves for three rounds and another with three moves for two rounds—for a focused, full-body challenge.

Phew! This was intense – hardly any breaks for me each minute at the pace I was going. I appreciate having so many different moves and even different number of reps, all the variation keeps my brain so busy keeping up with the workout it distracts me from how hard it is 🙂
