25 Minute AMRAP Strength

DESCRIPTION

In this workout, we will complete five circuits. Each circuit focuses on a specific muscle group. We will work each muscle group for 4 minutes straight. This is a great class to challenge and build your strength. Grab a set of dumbbells and give it a try!

  1. This was so challenging for me in the best way. Definitely one I would want to return to and see if I could get more reps in!
