Join me for one of our favorite formats! This class will have 15 moves total with NO repeats. All you need are dumbbells.

  3. Loved this workout! I think what has been most life-changing for me about BellFit is that you guys have taught me something is always better than nothing. I used to skip working out unless I had an hour – and I never had an hour! So I never worked out. But now I’m so much more consistent, and sometimes I do get those longer workouts in and they feel so good. But even 15 minutes gets me moving and keeps me on track so I don’t end up missing days/weeks/months. Thank you!
