Loved this workout! I think what has been most life-changing for me about BellFit is that you guys have taught me something is always better than nothing. I used to skip working out unless I had an hour – and I never had an hour! So I never worked out. But now I’m so much more consistent, and sometimes I do get those longer workouts in and they feel so good. But even 15 minutes gets me moving and keeps me on track so I don’t end up missing days/weeks/months. Thank you!

It is so helpful to have options of shorter workouts – it keeps me consistent. Thank you for this – shorter isn’t necessarily easier, either!
