One of our members' favorite workout formats is Lean Body. You can do this workout anywhere since it's done without any equipment. You'll get your heart rate up while also working your lower body, upper body and core. We top it all off with a nice yoga flow. Enjoy this 35 minute workout that leaves you feeling great.
