Welcome in to your 25 minute cardio class! This class will have 5 sections. Three of the sections, we will work the core, and the other two sections will be cardio. This is a great class to torch that core and get that heart rate up. You need no equipment for this workout!

Love this combo! Just when my abs felt cooked, we moved on to cardio and vice versa! You look great Ashlyn! Would never know you just had a baby!!
Really good ab work – I feel like my abs are weenies so I was scared to do this, but it was affirming and helpful. Loved the stretches at the end and the combo with cardio. Do it again!! Thanks, Ashlyn!
