33 Minute Full Body + Cardio Workout

DESCRIPTION

This full body class will hit all your major muscle groups and get that heart rate up! We will complete 4 circuits. Each circuit will have 3 moves, two strength moves and one cardio move. Grab a set of dumbbells and give it a go!
