25 Minute Barre Sculpt

DESCRIPTION

If you want a great barre workout in a short amount of time, this one's for you! This workout takes you through a series of killer moves done for 50 seconds each with a 10 second rest. We only use a light set of weights or our bodyweight, but don't let that fool you. Your muscles will be burning by the end.
