20 Minute Lean Body (9/2/25)

DESCRIPTION

Today's Lean Body class is just 20 minutes. For this class, we will focus on cardio, lower body strength, upper body strength, core, and mobility. This is a great workout to do if you are short on time or traveling. Enjoy!
