20 Minute Barre Express

DESCRIPTION

Who doesn't love an Express class especially when it's a barre workout? For this quick, muscle burning class, we will do a series of barre moves for 50 seconds each with only 10 seconds of recovery. We'll be using light weights, a mini ball and a chair or bar stool to get maximum results in minimal time. If you're pressed for time, this is the perfect workout for you.
